Micrrofleece top layer with an inner core of bamboo viscose and microfibre, backed with PUL.
Wear in your underwear as you would a disposable sanitary pad.
Change as frequently as you need.

After use rinse off using plain water and keep in your wet bag or bucket until wash day. Wash at 40 degrees
