Standard returns policy

If you change your mind you can return new and unused items to us within 30 days, however this must be in the condition it was received (and not pre-washed).

If you purchased as a bundle it must be your complete unused bundle in full. Individual nappies purchased new as individual items and not bundles can also be returned within 30 days.

  • Pre-washed items are classed as used and will not be refunded unless the buy back process is followed as below. Pre-washed cloth sanitary pads are also classed as used and cannot be returned.

  • We do not refund postage and you must pay return postage.

  • If you wish to return pre-loved clothing or other items within 30 days you are responsible for return postage.

If you wish to return any new and unused items in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us. All of our brands are covered by a 12 month minimum manufacturer guarantee and we will support to ensure you receive a replacement where required.

Loyalty rewards terms & conditions

Following receiving your first purchase, if you submit a review on our Facebook reviews page, or share a post featuring us on your Instagram grid, you will be rewarded with a discount code which you can use on further purchases. You will be asked to message us with your order number in order to verify your purchase.

Loyalty rewards discount codes can be shared with friends and family.

Selected discount codes will apply to a first subscription box only, after which subsequent subscription boxes will be charged at the full price.

  • The discount code will usually be valid whilst we are still with Squarespace as our website provider. Certain products or categories may be excluded from discounts. We reserve the right to amend or to cancel the loyalty rewards scheme or any individual discount code at any time, and without any warning or liability. Discounts do not apply to postage.

  • For Brand Ambassadors, personal discount codes must remain private to you, however you will receive a brand ambassador code similar to the loyalty reward scheme which you can share publicly.

"Buy back" scheme terms & conditions

We are confident that you will fall in love with the nappies we sell, however we understand after trialling them not every family grows to love real nappies. Our new single reusable nappies and reusable nappy trial bundles can be returned to us and we will buy single nappies back at 50% of the transactional purchase price and bundles at 60%. This is to save you the hassle of reselling the nappies. Think of it like you have “rented” a new nappy or bundle of nappies from us for 4 weeks although we have no complex rental contract. The following terms & conditions apply:

  1. Cloth nappies must be pre-washed at least once before use in order to start their absorbency. To delay the start of your 4 week trial once you have received and pre-washed your bundle, tag a picture of your little one proudly wearing their first nappy on Facebook (@berriesandbundles) or Instagram (@berriesandbundles) using the hashtags #realnappytrial #berriesandbundles.  All trials must begin within 30 days of the purchase date, to cover those bought as a new baby gift or those purchasing in advance to trial on an expected arrival.

  2. Otherwise you must contact us within 4 weeks of the date of purchase in order to commence the buy back process.

  4. All nappies must be in an intact re-saleable condition.

  5. All nappies must be stink and stain free and must have been washed following UK Nappy Network guidelines and in nappy only laundry loads during the 4 week trial period. Our washing guidance blog page is here. We will not buy back nappies that have been washed in with other household wash loads and including fabric conditioners that can limit absorbency of cloth nappy materials and invalidate warranties.

  6. Your baby must use a fleece liner with every wear to help prevent stains. This must be included in your return.

  7. As our bundles already include a cost saving, a bundle can only be bought back in full. All parts of a nappy bundle including boosters, 2 parts and wraps or covers and liners must be returned and the bundle will be bought back. We will buy back additional boosters or liners purchased within your original transaction, however we will not buy back wet bags, unused biodegradable liners, cloth sanitary protection or other accessories including washable wipes.

  8. Buy back scheme only applies to your first transaction purchase of a particular brand of nappies from berriesandbundles.uk

  9. Buy back scheme only applies to nappies purchased from us new and not those sold as pre-loved.

  10. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage, unless you wish to arrange to return to us in person to one of our baby market stalls (see ‘events’ page). When sending by post, tracked/signed for delivery is recommended. We will take no responsibility for items that do not reach us due to items being lost in the post, incorrect postage or address mislabelling.

  11. Once we have received your returned nappies, we will email you to confirm.

  12. All buy back payments will be made to the original purchase card or payment account. We do not hold card numbers but we are able to refund through our secure payments process. Refunds will credit your bank account within approximately 5-10 days.

Purchasing pre-loved nappies and accessories from us

All of our pre-loved nappies, boosters and liners are checked for damage, stinks and stains before re-selling, however we cannot be responsible for our customers wash routines. All our pre-loved nappies have had only a maximum of 4 weeks use and are therefore practically new (except those which were part of my own personal stash). Condition will be stated on shop pages. We only sell quality brands that are designed to last. Photos of all pre-loved nappies will be included on the item page and items will be sold as seen. 

  • We do not take responsibility for washing (or stripping or sanitising as you feel comfortable) our pre-loved nappies and therefore you are advised to do this before using on your child as you would any other pre-loved nappy purchase.

  • Our buy back scheme only applies to nappies purchased from us new and not those sold as pre-loved.
